Thinking about getting a colonoscopy? You may change your mind after reading this: Thursday I prepared for my colonoscopy for Fri. morning. I had to drink a gallon of some horrible junk. Ever 10 min. I had to drink a 10 oz. glass of it plus water. Then after I got all that down I had to drink a bottle of laxitive. About half way thrugh drinking the gallon of junk I headed for the bathroom but didn't make it in time. While I was trying to clean up the mess on the floor I had another accident, and I had to clean it up also. I didn't dare get off the pottie again, so Phil set up a TV stand in the bathroom to put my drink on. Every 10 min. he would bring me a glass of this wonderful drink HA! Phil asked me if I wanted him to take a picture of this bathroom mess and I said no! No problem with the colonoscopy they had me sedated. The Dr. said I would need a colonoscopy every 10 years. I told him I would be 82 years old and I didn't think I would be getting another one.
